What data we collect and why

• Contact information: name, email and phone number, when you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for the operation and security of the site.
• Cookie consent preference: the choice you make in the cookie notice, so that we do not ask you again.

Legal basis

• Consent: for non-essential measurements, which are only enabled if you accept them.
• Legitimate interest: for the operation, security and improvement of the site.
• Performance of pre-contractual measures: to reply to the enquiries you send us about a project.
• Legal obligation: where required by law.

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law.

Recipients

If you accept analytics in the cookie notice, your browsing on this site is sent to Google (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4), which acts as data processor: pages viewed and, if you contact us, the fact that you did so and through which channel, together with an internal identifier for that contact that only we can link to your data. This data is processed on Google LLC servers in the United States, covered by the EU-US adequacy framework. If you do not accept, we send nothing to Google.

If you accept marketing measurements in the cookie notice, each time you click a contact link (WhatsApp or email) we send OpenAI your IP address and your browser's user-agent, in order to measure conversions from the OpenAI advertising campaign. If you do not accept, we send nothing to OpenAI.

Other than that, we do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required or where strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.
